Refund policy
RETURN POLICY
- Our return policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we can no longer offer a refund, exchange, or replacement.
- For items that arrive damaged, please notify us within one week of receiving your order. If more than a week has passed, we cannot replace damaged pieces.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Gift cards
- Seasonal items within 5 business days of the holiday (e.g., Thanksgiving kits must be returned by the Thursday before Thanksgiving)
- Kit Curriculums
PARTIAL REFUNDS (if applicable)
- Items not in their original condition, or missing parts due to reasons outside of our control
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
RETURNING GIFTS
- If the item was purchased more than 30 days ago, we cannot accept the return. For eligible gift returns, please provide the name of the purchaser so we can verify the purchase date. Once you send the item back, we’ll issue store credit for the product value (excluding shipping). Once the return is received, store credit will be issued for a new order.
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email confirming receipt and informing you whether your refund is approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
IMPORTANT NOTES

Shipping Address Errors: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer input errors. If you need to request an address change, please email us as soon as possible. However, we cannot be held responsible if the address change request is not received in time.

Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

the email address used at the time the order was placed,
