Shipping policy

SHIPPING TIME

  • Orders typically ship within 3-7 business days of processing time, and sometimes even sooner! Shipping time will depend on where you are located. The holiday season will affect this time frame.
  • We will send you an automated confirmation email once your order ships. Customers can track their order by using the tracking number included in the automated shipping confirmation email.

PO BOX SHIPPING

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.

SHIPPING ISSUES

  • Please note that we cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer input error. If you request an address change via email and we do not receive it in time, we cannot be held responsible for any resulting issues.
  • If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us due to an invalid address, you will be responsible for covering the additional shipping cost to have the package shipped back out to you.
  • The customer has one week from the time they receive the package to let us know if something arrived broken or damaged - we cannot replace damaged items after one week.

DO YOU SHIP TO OTHER COUNTRIES?

  • At this time, we only ship to the US, but we're working on expanding our shipping options to reach even more locations in the future. Stay tuned for updates as we grow!
